Shipping Policy
Processing Times
- All products are handmade and made to order
- Please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch
- Whilst we aim to dispatch orders before the 5 working day mark, this timeframe allows us to maintain our high quality standards
- Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays
Delivery Service
- We partner with Evri for all UK deliveries
- Standard delivery service: Evri Next Day Delivery
Important Timing Note:
- Orders dispatched before 12:00 (noon) qualify for next-day delivery
- Orders dispatched after 12:00 (noon) typically arrive within 2 working days
Delivery Costs
We offer two shipping rates based on order total:
- Orders up to £50: £4.50
- Orders £50+: Free
Both options include next-day delivery service

- We will notify you when your order is ready for collection
- Please bring order confirmation and ID when collecting
Tracking Your Order
- Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is dispatched
- You can track your parcel through Evri's tracking system
- For collection orders, we will send a notification when your order is ready
Delivery Timeframes
1. Processing: Up to 5 working days
2. Delivery after dispatch:
- Next day (if dispatched before 12:00)
- 2 working days (if dispatched after 12:00)
International Shipping
- Currently, we only ship within the UK
- We do not offer international shipping at this time
Missing or Delayed Packages
If your package is:
- Delayed: Please allow up to 2 working days from dispatch before contacting us
- Missing: Contact us immediately if tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it
Additional Information
- We carefully package all items to ensure safe delivery
- We are not responsible for delays caused by Evri or circumstances beyond our control
- During peak periods (e.g., holidays), processing times may be extended
- We will communicate any known delays or issues via email
